Easy Zucchini Tart (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough and Base

01 - Puff pastry sheet - 1 roll
02 - Chavroux goat cheese pyramid - 90 g
03 - Grated cheese - to taste

→ Vegetables and Seasonings

04 - Zucchinis - 2 medium-sized
05 - Onion - 1 piece
06 - Olive oil - a drizzle

→ Flan Mixture

07 - Eggs - 3
08 - Light cream - 150 ml
09 - Pepper - as desired

# Instructions:

01 - Start by preheating your oven to 180°C. Slice the onion thinly and cut the zucchinis into rounds.
02 - Sauté the zucchini slices in a pan with some olive oil over high heat.
03 - Prick the puff pastry with a fork and bake it for a few minutes by itself to keep it from getting soggy.
04 - Whisk the eggs and cream together in a bowl. Add the cooked zucchinis and pieces of goat cheese to the pastry base, then pour in the egg mixture.
05 - Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C and keep an eye on it to ensure even browning.
06 - Let it cool slightly before cutting. Sprinkle with pepper or fresh herbs if you like.
