Start by preheating your oven to 180°C. Slice the onion thinly and cut the zucchinis into rounds.

Prick the puff pastry with a fork and bake it for a few minutes by itself to keep it from getting soggy.

Whisk the eggs and cream together in a bowl. Add the cooked zucchinis and pieces of goat cheese to the pastry base, then pour in the egg mixture.
