Rinse the zucchini and slice them into thin rounds. Cut the goat cheese and chorizo into slim slices as well. Peel and chop the green onion finely.

Grab a mixing bowl and whisk the eggs together with the flour. Pour in the liquid cream, olive oil, pesto, and baking powder. Stir well until the mix has a smooth texture.

Toss the zucchini, chorizo, goat cheese, and green onion into the batter. Stir everything until it's all coated evenly.

Set your oven to preheat at 180°C. Pour the mixture into molds (6 large round ones work great). Bake it for 30 minutes.
