Zucchini chorizo goat cheese bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the base

01 - 70g of flour
02 - 2 eggs
03 - 20g of olive oil
04 - 1 packet of baking powder
05 - 100g of liquid cream
06 - 1 tablespoon of green pesto

→ For the filling

07 - 150g of goat cheese log
08 - 100g of mild chorizo
09 - 1 small green onion
10 - 450g of zucchini

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse the zucchini and slice them into thin rounds. Cut the goat cheese and chorizo into slim slices as well. Peel and chop the green onion finely.
02 - Grab a mixing bowl and whisk the eggs together with the flour. Pour in the liquid cream, olive oil, pesto, and baking powder. Stir well until the mix has a smooth texture.
03 - Toss the zucchini, chorizo, goat cheese, and green onion into the batter. Stir everything until it's all coated evenly.
04 - Set your oven to preheat at 180°C. Pour the mixture into molds (6 large round ones work great). Bake it for 30 minutes.
