White Chocolate Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk.
02 - 1 ½ cups chopped red and green gumdrops (Dots candy).
03 - 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract.
04 - 4 cups white chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Cover a 9x9-inch square pan with parchment or foil, then let it sit on the side.
02 - Put the white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and vanilla in a medium-sized saucepan. Heat gently over low-medium, stirring constantly until it's smooth. Avoid overheating!
03 - Take the saucepan off the stove and stir in the gumdrops until they're evenly spread.
04 - Pour the mixture into your prepared pan and spread it out evenly.
05 - Pop the pan in the fridge for at least 2 hours or leave it overnight until it's firm.
06 - After it's hardened, take the fudge out of the pan, cut it into small squares, and dig in!

# Notes:

01 - Be careful not to overheat the chocolate. It might change color or mess up the texture.
