Cover a 9x9-inch square pan with parchment or foil, then let it sit on the side.

Put the white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and vanilla in a medium-sized saucepan. Heat gently over low-medium, stirring constantly until it's smooth. Avoid overheating!

Take the saucepan off the stove and stir in the gumdrops until they're evenly spread.

Pour the mixture into your prepared pan and spread it out evenly.

Pop the pan in the fridge for at least 2 hours or leave it overnight until it's firm.

After it's hardened, take the fudge out of the pan, cut it into small squares, and dig in!
