Vegan golden bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ripe banana
02 - 1 cup (250 ml) non-dairy milk
03 - 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) pure vanilla extract
04 - 1/2 teaspoon (10 ml) ground cinnamon
05 - 6 thick slices of bread
06 - Powdered sugar, for topping
07 - Maple syrup, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
02 - In a blender or food processor, blend the banana, vanilla, cinnamon, and non-dairy milk. Pour this into a large bowl.
03 - Cut each bread slice into 4 even strips.
04 - Dip the bread strips one by one into the banana mixture, then lay them out on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 20-22 minutes. After 10 minutes, flip the strips over to cook the other side.
06 - Sprinkle with powdered sugar and pair with maple syrup to enjoy.
