Turkey Cheddar Lunch (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 pieces of cheddar cheese slices.
02 - 1/4 cup of lettuce, shredded.
03 - 4 ounces softened cream cheese.
04 - 6 slices of turkey deli meat.
05 - 2 medium tortillas.
06 - One green onion, finely chopped.
07 - Season with some salt and pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Add softened cream cheese to a bowl, stir in the sliced green onion, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
02 - Spread cream cheese mix across each tortilla, scatter shredded lettuce, lay down cheddar slices and turkey, and gather the fillings towards one side.
03 - Start rolling from the filled side, secure the edge with a bit of cream cheese if needed. Slice the roll in half, then divide each half into five smaller sections. Trim off unfilled edges.
