Roasted sweet potato yogurt honey (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 medium-sized sweet potato
02 - 150-200g plain yogurt or strained curds
03 - 2 tbsp crushed nuts
04 - 1 tbsp honey
05 - Chopped parsley (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 180°C (around 350°F) and let it preheat.
02 - Clean the sweet potato, dry it off, and poke some holes into it with a fork to let steam escape.
03 - Wrap the potato up in parchment paper, then put it in the oven and bake for 40-50 minutes until it softens.
04 - Slice the baked sweet potato lengthwise down the middle, then top it with yogurt, honey, and crushed nuts. Sprinkle parsley on top if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - To check if the sweet potato is done, jab it gently with a knife.
02 - You can swap out the nuts for other types of dried fruits if you prefer.
