Set the oven to 180°C (around 350°F) and let it preheat.

Clean the sweet potato, dry it off, and poke some holes into it with a fork to let steam escape.

Wrap the potato up in parchment paper, then put it in the oven and bake for 40-50 minutes until it softens.

Slice the baked sweet potato lengthwise down the middle, then top it with yogurt, honey, and crushed nuts. Sprinkle parsley on top if you'd like.
