Combine the flour, butter, and salt in a large bowl. Use your fingers to crumble them into a sandy mixture.

Slowly pour in cold water while kneading until the dough is smooth. Wrap it in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes in the fridge.

Heat the oven to 200°C (fan setting). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Roll out the dough on a floured counter to about 3-5 mm thin. Use a star-shaped cutter to make shapes and place them on the tray.

Stir the sour cream and Schmand together, adding a bit of salt and pepper. Spread this mixture on each dough star.

Add onion slices and bacon pieces on top, then sprinkle grated cheese over everything.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden, and the dough edges are crisp.
