Spicy sausage cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package (227 g) of softened cream cheese.
02 - 2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese blend.
03 - 450 g of raw spicy sausage.
04 - 1 ½ cups of Bisquick baking mix.
05 - 1 can (283 g) of Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it warm up.
02 - Toss all the ingredients into a stand mixer bowl with a dough hook. Keep mixing until they’re fully blended.
03 - Scoop out sausage mixtures with a cookie scoop, roll into 1-inch balls, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
04 - Put them in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until they’ve turned a lovely golden color.
