Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it warm up.

Toss all the ingredients into a stand mixer bowl with a dough hook. Keep mixing until they’re fully blended.

Scoop out sausage mixtures with a cookie scoop, roll into 1-inch balls, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
