Spicy Chicken Roll Ups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 18 pasta sheets for lasagna.
02 - 2 1/2 cups of creamy Alfredo sauce.
03 - 1 cup hot buffalo sauce.
04 - 15 ounces of ricotta cheese.
05 - 4 ounces softened cream cheese.
06 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan, split.
07 - 2 teaspoons of coarse salt.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon celery seasoning.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
11 - 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken.
12 - 15 ounces of drained chopped tomatoes.
13 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley.
14 - 8 ounces shredded mozzarella.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta sheets by following package instructions. Lay them out on greased baking trays.
02 - Stir together the buffalo and Alfredo sauces. Coat the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan or 12-inch skillet with half the mixture.
03 - Blend cheeses, seasonings, parsley, chicken, and diced tomatoes together.
04 - Spread the filling on the pasta sheets, sprinkle mozzarella, roll them up, and stand rolls upright in the pan. Pour the rest of the sauce on top.
05 - Cover and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle cheese, and broil for 2-3 minutes. Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.

02 - Always go for whole milk ricotta.
03 - It's fine to prep this ahead of time.
