Spiced cookie smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Smoothie Basics

01 - 1 frozen banana
02 - 1 cup (250ml) unsweetened almond milk
03 - 1/2 cup (125ml) quick oats

→ Spices and Sweetness

04 - 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
05 - 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
08 - 2 teaspoons molasses

# Instructions:

01 - Toss everything into your blender.
02 - Blend on high until it's silky smooth.
03 - Top with whipped cream and sprinkle a bit of nutmeg before enjoying.

# Notes:

01 - Keep the banana fully frozen to get a thicker, cooler drink.
