Smoked Duck Toast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 100 g smoked duck breast.
02 - 6 slices of gingerbread.
03 - 125 g cream cheese.
04 - Half a bunch of fresh parsley.
05 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Wash, dry, and finely chop the parsley. Set a few leaves aside for garnish.
02 - Stir the cream cheese and chopped parsley together. Season with a little salt and pepper.
03 - Slice the gingerbread pieces in half. Spread the parsley-cream cheese mix over each half.
04 - Place a piece of smoked duck on top of each slice. Use a toothpick to hold it in place.
05 - Use the saved parsley leaves to decorate. Serve chilled.
