Crack the egg into a bowl and stir together with the yogurt. Gradually add the baking powder and flour, combining everything smoothly.

Sprinkle in the salt and stir everything with a wooden spoon until it's velvety and even. Pop it in the fridge to chill for an hour.

Once it's set, warm up a skillet. Pour a ladleful of batter to get the desired blini size. Flip it over once bubbles form. Cook the other side for about a minute.

Keep repeating till all the batter is used up.
