Simple homemade blinis (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pinch of salt.
02 - 1/2 packet of baking powder.
03 - 125 grams of flour.
04 - 1 egg.
05 - 1 plain yogurt (about 125 grams).

# Instructions:

01 - Crack the egg into a bowl and stir together with the yogurt. Gradually add the baking powder and flour, combining everything smoothly.
02 - Sprinkle in the salt and stir everything with a wooden spoon until it's velvety and even. Pop it in the fridge to chill for an hour.
03 - Once it's set, warm up a skillet. Pour a ladleful of batter to get the desired blini size. Flip it over once bubbles form. Cook the other side for about a minute.
04 - Keep repeating till all the batter is used up.

# Notes:

01 - Add some spices to the blinis for a flavor boost.
