Avocado Shrimp Mango Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 ripe but firm avocados.
02 - A perfectly ripe mango.
03 - 300 grams of peeled, cooked shrimp.
04 - 1 small lettuce head (young shoots or romaine).
05 - A few sprigs of fresh cilantro.
06 - 3 tablespoons of high-quality olive oil.
07 - 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice.
08 - 1 tablespoon of honey.
09 - 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger.
10 - Adjust salt and pepper to your preference.
11 - Half a cucumber or red bell pepper, optional.
12 - A small handful of roasted cashews, optional.

# Instructions:

01 - Clean the lettuce leaves thoroughly, then dry them well. Dice the avocado and lightly coat with lime juice to keep from browning. Peel the mango and cut it into cubes.
02 - If your shrimp aren't cooked, boil them in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Drain thoroughly and let them cool down.
03 - Combine olive oil, lime juice, honey, and freshly grated ginger. Add some salt and pepper, then whisk everything together until smooth and well-mixed.
04 - Lay out your lettuce in a large bowl or on plates. Arrange the avocado cubes, mango chunks, and shrimp on top. Garnish with cilantro and any optional additions you like.
05 - Pour the dressing right before serving and gently toss the salad to coat everything.
