Savory tatin mini pies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 rectangular puff pastry sheet.
02 - 160g turkey.
03 - 4 honey drizzles.
04 - 1 potato.
05 - 4 slices of reblochon cheese.
06 - 1 egg yolk.
07 - Pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the potato for about 15 minutes and sear the turkey in a skillet till it’s golden.
02 - Lay out 4 honey circles on baking paper on a tray, sprinkle with pepper, and place the grilled turkey slices on top.
03 - Lay down a slice of cheese followed by a thin piece of potato.
04 - Cut the puff pastry into squares and cover each stack. Brush with egg yolk, poke fork holes, and bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
05 - Flip them out of the oven, slice in half, and they’re ready to enjoy.

01 - Best served warm to enjoy the melted cheese.
