Lay out 4 honey circles on baking paper on a tray, sprinkle with pepper, and place the grilled turkey slices on top.

Lay down a slice of cheese followed by a thin piece of potato.

Cut the puff pastry into squares and cover each stack. Brush with egg yolk, poke fork holes, and bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
