Wash and slice the mushrooms. Rinse the spinach leaves. Chop the garlic finely and squeeze the lemon.

Warm up the olive oil on medium heat in a large skillet. Toss in the mushrooms and cook them for 5-7 minutes, stirring now and then, until they look golden and delicious.
