Spinach Mushroom Sauté (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 450g of mushrooms (white button, cremini, or a mix of your choice)
02 - 4 cloves of garlic
03 - 4 handfuls of fresh spinach leaves
04 - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
05 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
06 - Salt and pepper, as much as you like

→ Optional Toppings

07 - Fresh parsley
08 - Red chili flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and slice the mushrooms. Rinse the spinach leaves. Chop the garlic finely and squeeze the lemon.
02 - Warm up the olive oil on medium heat in a large skillet. Toss in the mushrooms and cook them for 5-7 minutes, stirring now and then, until they look golden and delicious.
03 - Stir in the minced garlic and let it cook for another 1-2 minutes, mixing often.
04 - Mix in the spinach. Stir just until it starts to soften a little. Season with the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

# Notes:

01 - For a creamier twist, stir in some heavy cream right before serving.
02 - You can enjoy this as a side dish or as a vegetarian main course.
