Cut the squash in half, scoop out the seeds, and peel it. Slice thin lines over the top of each piece, but don’t cut all the way through.

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, honey, garlic, paprika, Herbes de Provence, pepper, and a pinch of salt.

Brush the marinade all over the squash halves using a pastry brush. Sprinkle with a bit of salt flakes on top.

Pop it into the oven at 375°F for about an hour (shorter time if your squash is smaller).

Right after taking it out of the oven, crumble feta over it, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle the walnuts and pine nuts.
