Butternut feta honey (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 garlic clove, chopped.
02 - Feta cheese.
03 - 1 butternut squash.
04 - Smoked paprika.
05 - Chopped walnuts.
06 - Herbes de Provence.
07 - Salt flakes.
08 - Ground pepper.
09 - Pine nuts.
10 - Honey, 1 tablespoon.
11 - Olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the squash in half, scoop out the seeds, and peel it. Slice thin lines over the top of each piece, but don’t cut all the way through.
02 - In a small bowl, combine olive oil, honey, garlic, paprika, Herbes de Provence, pepper, and a pinch of salt.
03 - Brush the marinade all over the squash halves using a pastry brush. Sprinkle with a bit of salt flakes on top.
04 - Pop it into the oven at 375°F for about an hour (shorter time if your squash is smaller).
05 - Right after taking it out of the oven, crumble feta over it, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle the walnuts and pine nuts.
