Quick chocolate breads (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dairy Products

01 - 90g of fat-free yogurt (could also use skyr or 0% Greek yogurt)

→ Liquids & Sweeteners

02 - 35g of honey (swap for maple, date, coconut, or agave syrup if you'd like)
03 - 40ml of warm water

→ Base Ingredients

04 - 8g of baking powder
05 - 200g of wheat flour (pick white, wholemeal, or semi-refined)

→ Toppings

06 - 60g of dark chocolate (6-12 squares, depending on your preference)

# Instructions:

01 - Take a bowl and combine the baking powder with the flour. Stir in the yogurt, warm water, and honey.
02 - Knead the dough by hand for about 5 minutes until it's nice and soft. Feel free to adjust with some additional water or flour, depending on the texture.
03 - Divide the dough into five equal parts. Roll out each portion and place 1-2 chocolate pieces in the center. Make sure you seal them completely.
04 - Cook the rolls in a pan with no oil or butter. Let each side cook for about 3-5 minutes.
