Turn your oven to 400°F. Lightly coat the donut pan with butter or oil.

Stir together the dry stuff in one bowl. In another, whisk the wet ingredients. Combine both mixtures, stirring until there aren't lumps.

Fill the pan with batter using a bag. Bake for 10 minutes—check they’re done before pulling them out.

Blend the icing ingredients. Dip donuts once cooled. If you want pink tones, slowly add food coloring. Sprinkle toppings before icing hardens.
