Pineapple Iced Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Tea Base

01 - 4 cups of pure, filtered water
02 - 10 green tea bags
03 - Half a cup of sugar—adjust as you like

→ Fruit & Serving

04 - Ice cubes for keeping things cool
05 - One cup of fresh pineapple juice

# Instructions:

01 - Bring the water to a boil in any large pot you’ve got.
02 - Once boiling, toss in the sugar and stir until the water looks smooth.
03 - Take the pot off the burner, throw in the tea bags, and let them sit for 8 to 10 minutes.
04 - Stir in the pineapple juice until it’s all blended nicely.
05 - Pour it all into a pitcher, let it chill for a bit at room temperature, and then refrigerate.
06 - Pop some ice in your glass and pour the drink over. Time to enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - To get the best taste, use clean, chemical-free water.
02 - You can swap green tea for any tea you like.
03 - Always stick to real pineapple juice. You can juice one big pineapple to make about a cup.
04 - For a low-carb option, replace sugar with Swerve or your favorite granulated sweetener.
