Parmesan Chicken Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound chicken breasts or tenderloins, chopped into small pieces.
02 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
03 - 1½ teaspoons of ground paprika.
04 - 1½ teaspoons poultry spice blend.
05 - 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper.
06 - 1 pound halved baby potatoes.
07 - ½ cup of garlic parmesan sauce for wings.
08 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
09 - 2 tablespoons butter.
10 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F and line a pan for baking.
02 - Coat chicken with 1 tablespoon oil in one bowl. Use the other tablespoon of oil to toss potatoes in another. Mix spices and split between the chicken and potatoes.
03 - Spread seasoned potatoes on the pan and bake for 20 minutes.
04 - Brown the chicken in a large pan over medium heat for 7-10 minutes. Add the butter and minced garlic after browning.
05 - Place cooked potatoes with the chicken in the pan. Turn off heat, mix in the parmesan sauce, and stir. Add cheese on top, cover, and let the cheese melt for around 5 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - For crispy potatoes, use an air fryer at 400°F for 20 minutes.
02 - You can swap baby potatoes with larger ones cut into 1-inch cubes.
03 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days.
