Healthy Oatmeal Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Base

01 - Two ripe bananas
02 - 200g of oats

→ Liquid Mix

03 - 100ml almond milk
04 - A couple of eggs
05 - Two tablespoons of honey

→ Spices and Rising Agents

06 - A pinch of salt
07 - A teaspoon of baking powder
08 - A teaspoon of ground cinnamon

→ Optional Toppings

09 - 50g of chocolate chips or raisins (your pick!)

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 180°C and let it heat up.
02 - Grab a bowl and use a fork to mash the bananas until smooth.
03 - Combine the mashed bananas with honey, almond milk, and the eggs. Stir until everything blends well.
04 - Toss in the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and a little salt. Stir it all together until you’ve got a smooth mix.
05 - If you want, mix in chocolate chips or raisins for a little extra flavor.
06 - Pour the mixture into a greased pan or one lined with parchment paper.
07 - Bake for about 25-30 minutes. It’s done when a toothpick poked in the middle comes out clean.
08 - Let it cool in the pan a bit before you take it out and enjoy.

01 - You can store this cake in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
02 - Feel free to use any plant-based milk you like.
