Small oat chocolate cakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Basic Ingredients

01 - 200 grams of unsweetened fruit puree
02 - 2 teaspoons of baking powder
03 - 150 grams of oatmeal or rolled oats
04 - 12 cl of milk (dairy or plant-based)
05 - 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
06 - 50 grams of chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C and let it heat up.
02 - In a bowl, combine your oats (or blended oats) with the cocoa powder and baking powder.
03 - Stir in the milk and fruit puree. Keep mixing until the batter is nice and smooth.
04 - Gently mix the chocolate chips into the batter.
05 - Pour the batter into mini cake molds and bake for about 25 minutes in the oven.

01 - You can make this gluten-free by using certified gluten-free oats.
02 - A vegan version works with plant-based milk and dairy-free chocolate.
