Nutella Chocolate Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Half a cup of unsweetened cocoa powder.
02 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
04 - 225 g of semi-sweet chocolate.
05 - 1 cup of Nutella.
06 - 120 ml of heavy cream.
07 - Crushed hazelnuts (optional).
08 - Sprinkles for decoration (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Pop it in the fridge for 2 hours or until the mixture stiffens enough to work with.
02 - Blend in the Nutella, salt, and vanilla. Stir until it’s all smooth and ready.
03 - Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate. Wait 1-2 minutes, then stir to melt completely.
04 - Scoop out small amounts, shape into balls, and coat with cocoa powder or your choice of toppings.
05 - Heat the cream gently until bubbles start to form. Don’t let it boil over.

01 - You can make these truffles ahead of time without any problem.
