Nordic toast salmon eggs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the toast

01 - 2 slices of Nordic bread
02 - 4 eggs
03 - Fresh chives
04 - Olive oil
05 - Salt and pepper
06 - 150 grams of smoked salmon

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up a tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan.
02 - Dice the smoked salmon and toss it into the pan for about a minute.
03 - Pour in the beaten eggs and stir them with the salmon until scrambled.
04 - Pile the scrambled eggs and salmon onto lightly toasted bread slices. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and freshly chopped chives on top before serving.
