Light Apple Skyr Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 50g almond flour
02 - 50g plain flour

→ Wet Ingredients

03 - 160g Skyr yogurt
04 - 2 eggs
05 - 2 teaspoons agave syrup

→ Fruit

06 - 2 apples

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C to preheat.
02 - Stir together the almond flour and plain flour in a mixing bowl.
03 - Break in the eggs, pour in the Skyr, and drizzle the agave syrup. Stir until the batter looks smooth and combined.
04 - Chop the apples into chunks, toss them into the batter, and gently fold them in.
05 - Transfer the batter into a greased and floured cake pan. Bake it for 25 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Skyr makes the cake creamy and adds some protein.
02 - If you don’t have agave syrup, honey works just as well.
03 - Soft apples like Pink Lady or Golden are your best bet.
