Lentil Sweet Potato Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 200g of pink lentils.
02 - 200g of peeled sweet potato.
03 - 50g of all-purpose flour.
04 - 1 garlic clove.
05 - 1 bay leaf.
06 - 1 teaspoon of ground cumin.
07 - Chili powder to taste.
08 - Fresh parsley.
09 - Salt and black pepper.
10 - Olive oil for brushing.

# Instructions:

01 - Peel the sweet potato and chop it into bite-sized cubes. Toss it into a pot along with the lentils, garlic, and bay leaf, then cover with water.
02 - Let it simmer for around 12 minutes, then make sure you drain it well.
03 - Mash up the cooked sweet potato and lentils. Stir in the parsley, spices, and flour, blending everything together.
04 - Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of walnuts. Set them on a baking tray, brush with olive oil, and bake for 20 minutes at 190°C.
