Leek Chorizo Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 leeks.
02 - 1 pre-made pie crust.
03 - 4 eggs.
04 - 50 grams of shredded gruyere cheese.
05 - 60 grams of chorizo.
06 - 200 ml of milk.
07 - 2 teaspoons of paprika.
08 - A couple of pinches of salt.
09 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 200°C.
02 - Slice the leeks thinly and cook them in olive oil until softened.
03 - Combine the milk, eggs, the cooked leeks, paprika, and the shredded cheese in a mixing bowl.
04 - Place the pie crust in your baking dish, pour the mixture over it, and arrange the chorizo slices on top.
05 - Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Adding chorizo on top gives a nice crispy texture and makes it look more appetizing.
02 - It’s important to remove excess water from the leeks so the pie doesn’t turn out soggy.
