Peel and finely chop the onion. Dice the chicken and mix it up with the onion. Divide the cilantro into two portions and chop one of them.

Combine the chicken, onion, curry, chopped cilantro, and sesame seeds if you're using them. Sprinkle in some salt and pepper. Shape into small balls.

Quickly brown the meatballs in olive oil on high heat for a couple of minutes.

Pour in the coconut milk and add the tomatoes. Let everything gently stew on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro and sesame when serving.
