Spiced Chicken Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 chicken fillets.
02 - 1 onion.
03 - 1 tablespoon of curry powder.
04 - 1 bunch of fresh cilantro.
05 - 200g of tomato pulp.
06 - 200ml of coconut milk.
07 - Sesame seeds (optional).
08 - Olive oil.
09 - Salt and pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Peel and finely chop the onion. Dice the chicken and mix it up with the onion. Divide the cilantro into two portions and chop one of them.
02 - Combine the chicken, onion, curry, chopped cilantro, and sesame seeds if you're using them. Sprinkle in some salt and pepper. Shape into small balls.
03 - Quickly brown the meatballs in olive oil on high heat for a couple of minutes.
04 - Pour in the coconut milk and add the tomatoes. Let everything gently stew on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro and sesame when serving.
