Hot ranch sausage dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup (240ml) sour cream.
02 - 8oz (226g) softened cream cheese.
03 - 2 cups (100g) shredded cheddar cheese.
04 - 2oz (50g) diced tomatoes, optional.
05 - 1oz (28g) ranch seasoning mix.
06 - 2oz (50g) shredded mozzarella cheese.
07 - 1/4 cup (30g) chopped green onions.
08 - 1lb (450g) crumbled sausage.

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the sausage over medium heat, then drain off the fat.
02 - Combine the cream cheese, ranch mix, and sour cream. Keep mixing until smooth.
03 - Stir the sausage, tomatoes (if using), and shredded cheeses into the creamy mixture.
04 - Spread in a baking dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 20-25 minutes.
05 - Sprinkle with green onions and enjoy while warm.
