Honey Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450g skinless salmon fillets.
02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter.
03 - 3 cloves of garlic, minced.
04 - 2 tablespoons honey.
05 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
06 - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice.
07 - Salt and pepper to taste.

09 - Sesame seeds for sprinkling (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle the salmon pieces with salt and pepper, adjusting to your taste.
02 - Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Toss in the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fragrant.
03 - Add the honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Stir for about a minute until the sauce thickens a bit.
04 - Lay the salmon pieces in the pan in a single layer, and cook each side for around 2-3 minutes.
05 - Pour the sauce over the salmon, making sure it's fully coated.
06 - Move the cooked salmon onto a serving plate. Sprinkle with parsley and sesame seeds if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - This dish pairs well with rice or quinoa.
02 - To keep its best texture, the salmon should still be slightly pink inside.
