Set your oven to heat at 175°C.

Combine honey, mustard, olive oil, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.

Place the chicken thighs in an oven-safe dish. Pour over the sauce, sprinkle rosemary, and season lightly.

Put about 1cm of water at the bottom of the dish.

Cook in the oven for 45 mins until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
