Honey Mustard Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 chicken thighs.
02 - 2 sprigs of rosemary.
03 - 40g mustard.
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
05 - 40g honey.
06 - Salt and pepper as needed.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to heat at 175°C.
02 - Combine honey, mustard, olive oil, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
03 - Place the chicken thighs in an oven-safe dish. Pour over the sauce, sprinkle rosemary, and season lightly.
04 - Put about 1cm of water at the bottom of the dish.
05 - Cook in the oven for 45 mins until the chicken is golden and cooked through.

# Notes:

01 - The honey and mustard combo gives that sweet and tangy balance.
02 - Adding water keeps the chicken moist as it cooks.
