Crispy Cheese Snacks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 60g of grated cheddar cheese
02 - 240g of full-fat fromage blanc

→ Seasonings

03 - 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
05 - Salt and pepper to your liking
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder

→ For Cooking

07 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil or cooking spray

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 175°C and either grease a baking tray lightly or cover it with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, stir together the fromage blanc, cheddar cheese, and all the seasonings until it’s smooth.
03 - Scoop small spoonfuls of the mix onto the tray and flatten them out into round shapes.
04 - Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges turn golden brown. Let them cool on the tray for a few minutes.
