# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Line trays with parchment paper and let the eggs warm to room temperature.
02 - Beat the sugars with the butter for a couple of minutes. Drop in yolks and vanilla, mixing another 2 minutes. Stir in dry stuff and carefully add your mix-ins.
03 - Roll 20 dough balls. Place them on the prepared trays, leaving about 2 inches in between. Toss some extra toppings on if you'd like.
04 - Let them bake for 10-12 minutes. If desired, use a cookie cutter to round warm cookies. Let them cool on the tray for 5 minutes and then on a rack for 10.

# Notes:

02 - Always use ingredients at room temperature.
03 - Feel free to switch up the add-ins.
04 - If you'd like perfectly round cookies, shape them while they're warm.
05 - Will stay fresh up to 3 days.
06 - Great option for holiday baking.
