Ham Cheese Croissant (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 thin slices of cooked ham.
02 - 1 buttery croissant.
03 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of Dijon mustard.
04 - 2 slices of Swiss cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the croissant down the side into two halves.
02 - Spread the mustard on the bottom half, layer the ham and cheese on top, close it up, and enjoy immediately.
03 - If you prefer it melted, place the croissant in a panini press and cook until the cheese is gooey.
