01 -
Turn your oven on to 350°F. Grab a 9x9 pan and line it with parchment paper.
02 -
Use a stand mixer and toss in the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and milk. Using the whisk attachment, blend everything on medium until it’s silky smooth.
03 -
Pour the brownie mixture into the pan you’ve prepared earlier.
04 -
Lay the Oreo cookies right on top of the brownie mix to cover the whole surface.
05 -
Put the pan into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready when a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
06 -
Set the pan aside and let everything cool all the way down.
07 -
While waiting, take the cream filling from about 10 Oreos and mix it into the white or vanilla frosting. Stir in a teaspoon of orange gel coloring, and tweak the shade if you’d like.
08 -
Once your brownies are cool, cover them with the orange frosting. Stick them in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
09 -
After chilling, spread the chocolate frosting over the top. Sprinkle crumbled Oreos all over.
10 -
Cut into squares, about 3x2 inches each, and enjoy right away.
