Grilled Veggies Parmesan (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large zucchini (400 g), sliced into rounds.
02 - 1 red onion, cut into half-moon shapes.
03 - 3 garlic cloves, minced.
04 - 400 g of tomatoes (either cherry or plum).
05 - 5 cracks of black pepper.
06 - 1 tsp of dried basil.
07 - 1 tsp of dried thyme.
08 - 1/2 tsp of salt.
09 - 1 tsp of olive oil.
10 - 30 g of grated parmesan.

# Instructions:

01 - Put the zucchini, onion, garlic, tomatoes, thyme, basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil into the Air Fryer basket with the rack set at the bottom. Toss everything well to make sure seasonings coat the veggies evenly.
02 - Set the Air Fryer to 200°C and cook for 20 minutes. Stir the veggies occasionally to keep the cooking even throughout.
03 - About two minutes before it's ready, sprinkle the parmesan over the veggies. Let it cook until the cheese melts and becomes golden and crispy.
04 - You can enjoy the veggies as-is or mix them into pasta. Drizzle any juices from the Air Fryer pan over the dish for extra flavor.
