Set oven to 350°F to start warming up.

Spray a 13x9 baking dish with butter spray.

Roll out the first crust into a rectangle to fit the dish. If there are cracks, pinch them together to fix.

Combine sugar, melted butter, corn syrup, vanilla, and eggs in a big bowl.

Mix the pecans into the filling.

Pour half the filling into the crust, add the second crust on top, then pour the remaining filling over it.

Place in the oven and bake for 40-50 minutes until it's firmed up.
