Easy Garlic Cheese Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
02 - 3 minced garlic cloves.
03 - 1 loaf of French bread.
04 - 1/2 cup of soft salted butter.
05 - 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
06 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
07 - 1 cup of shredded Colby jack cheese.
08 - Fresh parsley for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 400°F and let it heat up.
02 - Split the loaf in half along its length and place on a baking tray.
03 - Blend the softened butter with garlic powder, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Spread it evenly on both sides of the bread.
04 - Sprinkle Colby jack cheese first, then top it with mozzarella.
05 - Put in the oven for 12-15 minutes until melted and golden. If you want extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes. Garnish with parsley right before serving.
