Easy Cheese Crisps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup (256g) cottage cheese, whole milk (4% fat).
02 - Optional toppings: Ranch powder, Salt and pepper, Everything bagel seasoning.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and give it some time to reach the temperature.
02 - Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
03 - Drop 1 tablespoon scoops onto the sheet, leave 2 inches between each. Press down with a spoon. Sprinkle on your chosen seasoning, if you'd like.
04 - Bake for 40-50 minutes. Look for dark brown edges and a golden top. Check them at 35 minutes just to be sure.
05 - Let them cool down all the way. Wait another 20-30 minutes so they firm up. Keep in an airtight container afterward.

# Notes:

01 - Pick a cottage cheese with a lot of protein for crunchier results. Keep an eye on them near the end to keep them from burning.
02 - At room temperature, the chips get soft. Eat them quickly or store in the fridge.
