Set your oven to 350°F and give it some time to reach the temperature.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Drop 1 tablespoon scoops onto the sheet, leave 2 inches between each. Press down with a spoon. Sprinkle on your chosen seasoning, if you'd like.

Bake for 40-50 minutes. Look for dark brown edges and a golden top. Check them at 35 minutes just to be sure.

Let them cool down all the way. Wait another 20-30 minutes so they firm up. Keep in an airtight container afterward.
