Mix the drained tuna with the Laughing Cow cheese wedges. Chop up the boiled eggs into small chunks. Sprinkle in some salt and pepper, then thoroughly combine it all together.

Place some of the tuna-cheese-egg mixture onto each filo sheet. Fold them into triangles or roll them up, depending on your preference.

Heat a bit of oil in a pan and fry the bricks until both sides turn crispy and golden brown.
