Crispy Ham Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 sheets of pastry.
02 - 2 slices of ham.
03 - A handful of chopped chives.
04 - 1 egg yolk.
05 - 8 pieces of creamy cheese spread.

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven heated to 220°C (about 430°F).
02 - Chop up the ham and the chives as finely as you can.
03 - Combine the chives, ham, and cheese spread bits together in a bowl.
04 - Spoon some of the mixture onto the cut pastry sheets and fold into triangles.
05 - Brush the folded triangles with the egg yolk for that nice golden brown shine when baked.
06 - Pop them in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
07 - Serve them straight from the oven alongside some fresh greens.
