Get your oven heated to 220°C (about 430°F).

Chop up the ham and the chives as finely as you can.

Combine the chives, ham, and cheese spread bits together in a bowl.

Spoon some of the mixture onto the cut pastry sheets and fold into triangles.

Brush the folded triangles with the egg yolk for that nice golden brown shine when baked.

Pop them in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
