Burger Egg Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Filling

01 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
02 - 1 lb beef, ground
03 - 1 small onion, diced finely

→ Sauce & Spices

04 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
05 - 1/2 cup ketchup
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1 tablespoon mustard
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Wrapping & Cooking

11 - 1 tablespoon oil for brushing
12 - 10-12 wrappers for egg rolls
13 - Oil for frying

# Instructions:

01 - Cook ground beef in a pan until browned, then drain the fat. Toss in onions and spices, cook a couple of minutes till mixture thickens up.
02 - Cool the cooked filling slightly before stirring in shredded cheese.
03 - Put a few spoonfuls of the filling onto a wrapper. Fold in the sides, roll it snugly, and seal the edges with water.
04 - Fry in hot oil for a few minutes until golden or air fry at 375°F for about 8-10 minutes.
