Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease your pan and dust it with a little flour, or line it with baking paper.

In a big mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until the mix is pale and fluffy.

Pour in the plain yogurts and toss in your chosen flavors (a bit of zest or vanilla). Blend it all until smooth.

Sift the flour and baking powder over the bowl. Gently fold everything together using a spatula to create a smooth mix.

Stir in the oil until it’s well combined. If you’re adding any toppings, now’s the time to fold those in too.

Pour the batter into your prepared pan. Pop it in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Check if it’s done by poking it with a knife—if it comes out clean, it’s ready!
