Creamy Baked Polenta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A half packet (125g) of polenta.
02 - 150g of gorgonzola cheese.
03 - Water (follow the packet instructions).
04 - A few chunks of butter.
05 - Pinch of salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to its grill setting and set it to the hottest temperature (around 250°C).
02 - Follow the packet to cook the polenta. Toss in a little salt while you're at it.
03 - Spread half of the polenta into a baking dish and scatter roughly 120g of gorgonzola on top.
04 - Pour the rest of the polenta on and sprinkle the remaining gorgonzola. Dot with a few small butter pieces.
05 - Pop it in the oven till it's nice and golden on top.
06 - Serve it warm, maybe alongside a simple green salad.
