Turn your oven on to its grill setting and set it to the hottest temperature (around 250°C).

Follow the packet to cook the polenta. Toss in a little salt while you're at it.

Spread half of the polenta into a baking dish and scatter roughly 120g of gorgonzola on top.

Pour the rest of the polenta on and sprinkle the remaining gorgonzola. Dot with a few small butter pieces.

Pop it in the oven till it's nice and golden on top.

Serve it warm, maybe alongside a simple green salad.
