Creamy Lemon Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Liquids

01 - 700 ml of chilled flat or sparkling water
02 - 300 g of sweetened condensed milk
03 - 240 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice

→ Optional

04 - 500 g of ice to serve

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the lemons lengthwise into halves. Use a juicer to get as much juice out as possible. If you’re using a handheld citrus press, catch the juice in a bowl placed underneath.
02 - Pour the condensed milk and lemon juice into a blender. Blend for a short time until everything looks fully combined. If it starts to separate, keep blending until smooth. A hand blender works too if you prefer.
03 - Pour in 700 ml of cool water, then give it a quick mix until it all comes together nicely.
04 - Keep the creamy lemonade in the fridge until ready to enjoy. Add some ice cubes or crushed ice to a glass, pour the lemonade over, and garnish with lemon wedges if you like. Serve right away!

# Notes:

01 - Freshly squeezed juice gives the best flavor, but bottled lemon juice can work if needed.
02 - For a less creamy version, you can swap the condensed milk for 1/3 cup of white sugar or 1/3 cup of simple syrup.
