Put a thin layer of corn syrup on a small plate, then have another plate ready with crushed peppermints. Dip the glass rim into the syrup first, then press it into the peppermint pieces to cover the edge.

In the glass you just prepped, pour the half and half. Follow that by adding the white chocolate syrup and drops of peppermint extract.

If needed, stir everything lightly to mix it up. Finally, put some whipped cream on top right before serving.
