Peppermint Shot (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon of corn syrup for coating the rim.
02 - 2 tablespoons of crushed peppermint candies for the rim.
03 - 2-3 drops of peppermint extract.
04 - ½ ounce of white chocolate syrup.
05 - ½ ounce of half and half.
06 - Whipped cream for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Put a thin layer of corn syrup on a small plate, then have another plate ready with crushed peppermints. Dip the glass rim into the syrup first, then press it into the peppermint pieces to cover the edge.
02 - In the glass you just prepped, pour the half and half. Follow that by adding the white chocolate syrup and drops of peppermint extract.
03 - If needed, stir everything lightly to mix it up. Finally, put some whipped cream on top right before serving.
