Cod in Airfryer with herbs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the fish

01 - 2 cod fillets (about 150g each)

→ For the marinade

02 - 1 tsp of mixed herbs (like Herbes de Provence)
03 - 1 clove of garlic, chopped
04 - 2 tbsp of olive oil
05 - Juice of one lemon
06 - A sprinkle of paprika (1 tsp)
07 - Salt and pepper, as you prefer

→ Garnish

08 - Chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, herbs, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl.
02 - Coat the cod fillets evenly with the marinade, then leave them to soak up the flavors for 10 minutes.
03 - Turn on the Airfryer and let it heat up to 180°C (350°F) for around 5 minutes.
04 - Pop the marinated cod fillets into the Airfryer's basket and cook them for about 10 minutes until they’re beautifully golden and cooked through.
05 - Sprinkle the fresh parsley over the fish and serve right away.
