Citrus Turmeric Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruits

01 - 2 whole fresh oranges
02 - 1 whole fresh lemon

→ Roots & Veggies

03 - 2 carrots (or ¼ cup juice)
04 - 3-inch piece of peeled and chopped ginger
05 - 2-inch piece of peeled and chopped turmeric

→ Sweeteners

06 - 1 tablespoon of manuka honey or agave for vegans
07 - 1 tablespoon of warm water

# Instructions:

01 - Peel the citrus, slice carrots, and finely dice the turmeric and ginger.
02 - Extract liquid from everything using a juicer, blender, or by hand squeezing.
03 - Combine warm water with honey and stir into juice thoroughly.
04 - If needed, strain the juice. Cool in fridge and serve in ½ cup portions.

# Notes:

01 - Works with hand squeezing, blender, or juicer.
02 - Stores well in the fridge for 3 days.
03 - Use ⅛ tsp of spices if no fresh ones are on hand.
04 - Shake before serving every time.
