Homemade chocolate pudding (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 40 g of protein powder, chocolate or vanilla flavored works best.
02 - 250 g of Greek yogurt, use full-fat or low-fat as you like.

→ Optional Add-Ons

03 - 1 to 2 tbsp maple syrup, adjust to your taste.
04 - A sprinkle of your favorite milk, if the mix gets too thick.
05 - 1 tbsp cocoa powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Taste the mix, and if it's not sweet enough, add some maple syrup or a little honey. If it feels too heavy, stir in a splash of milk to lighten it up.
02 - Eat it right away, or keep it fresh for up to 3 days by storing it in the fridge inside a sealed container.
03 - In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with protein powder and any extra ingredients you like, such as cocoa powder. Give it a good stir with a spoon or whisk till it looks like a smooth pudding.

# Notes:

01 - If your protein powder doesn't have much flavor, boost it up with optional extras like 1 to 2 tbsp of maple syrup, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, or a dash of vanilla extract.
02 - Whey protein powders mix more easily and create a smoother pudding, so they're a solid choice.
03 - Vegan or casein protein powders might make the pudding thicker. Fix it by adding a splash of milk if you need to.
