Soft Peanut Cookie Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
02 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
03 - 1 3/4 cups plain flour

→ Wet Ingredients

04 - 1/2 cup room-temperature unsalted butter
05 - 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
06 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
07 - 1 large egg
08 - 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
09 - 1/2 cup white sugar
10 - 2 tablespoons milk

→ Topping

11 - 24 unwrapped mini peanut butter cups

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F and get your mini muffin tin ready.
02 - Beat together peanut butter, butter, and both sugars until fluffy. Add milk, vanilla, and an egg. Gradually stir in the dry ingredients.
03 - Scoop dough into the mini muffin cups. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, keeping an eye out for golden edges.
04 - While still warm, gently press candy pieces into the tops. Leave in the pan to cool for 10 minutes.
